You’ve gotta’ try this. Rent a bike in Downtown TC and head south out of town on the Boardman Lake TART trail. Cycle to the end of the Lake on the East side and take in the views. Backtrack to your favorite lakeside brewery and after a pint (or two, your call!) reverse course back to Sparks BBQ. When the wind is blowing from the west, you can smell it before you can see it. It’s like a cloud of deliciousness beckoning your muscles to peddle faster. And then you arrive. Immersed in the smoke, and the smells, you forget everything you’ve ever done, thought, or felt, and your instincts take over. On such an occasion a Beef Brisket Sandwich is just what the doctor ordered. Well, maybe not your cardiologist… but he’s not invited!
